Observability integration

## Built into your support workflow

### Find the customer’s activity

Look up the person and the events they triggered around the reported issue.

### Trace the failing step

Check exceptions and feature flag values for that customer.

### Explain what they saw

Connect product behavior to the customer’s ticket context.

## Find where the export broke.

### “I clicked export three times and nothing downloaded.”

Decimal finds the customer in PostHog and reads their events and exceptions from the time they reported. Combined with connected code, that sequence shows which step failed and why the export never completed.

## Connect your workspace

1. Select PostHog in Settings → Integrations.
2. Enter your PostHog host and project ID.
3. Provide a PostHog personal API key and connect.

## Access and permissions

Use a personal API key with read access to the PostHog project your product reports to.

## Connection details

Investigations can only read the projects and data the API key is scoped to.
