## Connect your workspace

1. Open Settings → Integrations → Pylon and provide your Pylon API key.
2. Follow the documentation to configure a customer-reply webhook and its authentication.
3. Save the webhook secret in Decimal; select Pylon as a widget escalation target if needed.

## Access and permissions

The integration uses a Pylon API key. Webhook setup also uses a Decimal API key and the webhook secret; use the setup guide for the exact configuration.

## Connection details

Configure the customer-reply webhook for real-time updates. To route escalations into Pylon, select it as the escalation target in your Decimal chat widget.
