A customer asks why their webhooks stopped arriving. Decimal uses the Zendesk conversation and connected code and logs to investigate, then brings the resolution back to the ticket so the customer can understand what happened and what to do next.

## Connect your workspace

1. Sign into Zendesk as an admin, then open Settings → Integrations → Zendesk in Decimal.
2. Enter your Zendesk subdomain and connect with OAuth.
3. Review the requested access, then configure groups and exclusion rules for ticket processing.

## Access and permissions

OAuth requests read access to tickets, users, organizations, and help center content, plus write access to tickets and help center articles. Review these permissions during authorization.

## Connection details

Connect code and log sources alongside Zendesk. Keep the authorizing Zendesk account’s admin access active so ticket sync can continue.
