Decimal is now available on the Intercom App Store
Bring code-aware investigations to your Intercom workflow. Decimal connects customer questions to the code, logs, and data behind your product.

Decimal is now available on the Intercom App Store. Teams using Intercom can find and install Decimal AI to bring technical investigation into the support workflow they already use.
For teams building technical products, answering a customer often starts with understanding what happened inside the software. A conversation arrives in Intercom, but the evidence is spread across source code, configuration, logs, and customer data. Getting an answer means connecting those pieces.
Keep the conversation in Intercom. Bring the investigation to it.
Decimal connects directly to Intercom and investigates issues using your connected product sources. It reads code, checks configs, examines logs, and uses live customer data to understand what is causing a problem. It then drafts a response with citations your team can check.
Your support team keeps working in Intercom. Decimal takes on the investigation that would otherwise require someone to gather context, ask engineering for help, and carry the findings back to the customer conversation.
For questions that need more than a help article
A customer reports that an integration has stopped working. The setup guide explains how it should work, but resolving this particular issue requires checking the customer's configuration and what the system actually did.
That is the kind of question Decimal is built to investigate. Depending on the sources you connect, it can help your team:
- Trace product behavior through source code and configuration.
- Use logs and customer data to understand the context behind an issue.
- Review a drafted response alongside citations to the supporting evidence.
- Give engineering a more informed starting point when an issue needs further work.
The goal is to give support the context to move a conversation forward, while reducing the investigation work that interrupts engineers.
Connected to your product, controlled by your team
Decimal learns from your code and docs, with additional context from usage patterns, logs, and past tickets. It runs read-only by default. Enterprise controls include SSO, role-based access control, audit logs, and end-to-end encryption, with private storage, VPC, and customer-managed deployment options available.
The information available to an investigation depends on the sources and permissions configured for your workspace. Connecting Intercom is the entry point; connecting the relevant product context gives Decimal the evidence it needs.

We built Decimal to help support teams understand the products they support. Making it available through the Intercom App Store brings that work closer to the conversations where it matters.
