We provide services for businesses to automate support workflows. This Privacy Policy does not apply to our handling of personal information that we process on behalf of our business customers. Our processing of that personal information is governed by the agreements we have with our customers.

If you apply for a position with us, we collect and process the information you provide (such as contact information, credentials, and work history) for recruitment purposes. If you are hired, this information becomes part of your employment record.
