Zendesk Incremental API retirement: no action needed
Zendesk is ending third-party access to its Incremental APIs from December 2, 2026. Decimal's Zendesk sync no longer uses them.
Zendesk is retiring its Incremental APIs for third-party apps from December 2, 2026. Decimal no longer uses them. Ticket sync now uses the standard Tickets API under the tickets:read scope you already granted. Existing connections are unaffected. Nothing to reconnect or re-approve.
